Forest walk with reindeer

Take a peaceful walk through the magical  forests near Åre alongside a gentle reindeer. Step into the silence of the Swedish forest – with a reindeer by your side!

Surrounded by green trees and fresh air, you'll walk alongside one of our gentle reindeer and experience the quiet magic of the Nordic wilderness. Led by our passionate reindeer expert, Ullis, who will share insights about reindeer behavior, their way of life and the local wildlife.

If  you would like you could even lead one of the reindeer.

It’s a calm and educational experience suitable for all ages. Kids love being close to the animals.

After the walk you get to meet all the other reindeer. Feed them, and learn about how they live and why they look like they do.

Afterwards, we’ll gather around a warm fire for freshly brewed coffee and homemade pastries. You'll also discover the story behind Beaver Shout, an ancient Swedish drink, as we take you on a journey through local history and culture.
