For all ages
Step into a snowy storybook scene as a majestic reindeer pulls the children through an enchanting forest trail while adults walk alongside. Children sit comfortably and safely in the sleigh, and our expert guide leads the way, sharing stories and fascinating facts about these incredible animals, their way of life and the deep connection between nature and traditional reindeer herding culture..
Relaxation, adventure and connection to nature
Whether you're here to see reindeer, meet reindeers in Åre and Östersund, or simply experience something truly unique, this tour delivers a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and connection to nature.
Good to know
A reindeer can pull approximately 120 kg. This means several children can ride together, or a grandparent with a child, or one adult alone. At the moment, we have one large reindeer trained for sleigh pulling, so group rides are limited to smaller combinations. Snow or no snow – your experience is guaranteed! If weather conditions don’t allow for sledding, the tour will be adapted to a reindeer hike or a visit to the enclosure. No matter the format, your experience will be magical, memorable, and personalized to your preferences.
A Swedish Fika
Afterwards, we’ll gather around a warm fire for freshly brewed coffee and homemade pastries. You'll also discover the story behind Beaver Shout, an ancient Swedish drink, as we take you on a journey through local history and culture.
